Terms of Service (TOS)

When we say "I", "We", "Us", or "Our", we're referring to MBPL Services.

By purchasing from this site, you agree to everything outlined here, including the following:


1. Terms Can Change Anytime

Our TOS can change at any time without notice. By buying, you agree to the current terms, regardless of when you read them. Read everything below carefully, at least twice to avoid confusion/misunderstanding or problems.


2. All Sales Are Final - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are non-refundable by default.

Once payment is made, there are no refunds under any circumstances. A replacement may be offered only if the issue is on my end, and still within the warranty period (15 minutes by default unless stated otherwise). If the issue is on a provider or supplier’s end, replacement is entirely at their discretion.

If you received your key or product, you got what you paid for. Some tools may require extra steps depending on your setup and every product comes with a guide, which is delivered automatically. If your issue is already covered in the guide, it is your responsibility to follow it.


Support is only provided for issues not covered in the guide, such as:


HWID resets

Non Game Errors not fixed by the guide

Redirection to the Reinstalling or downgrading to Windows 10 Guide to rule out PC issues

Redirection to the Guide

VPN usage, network resets, or other connectivity-related fixes which are normally included in the Guide.

General retrying at a later time when servers or conditions are unstable


If you're unsure, not able to setup on your own or want hands-on help, you can purchase Live Setup / Support where we handle the setup for you, assist in what to do (excluding BIOS changes or full Windows reinstalls when required).


4. User Responsibility

You're solely responsible for how you use our products/services. We’re not liable for misuse.


5. Payment Handling

Read product descriptions, Payment Method Instructions etc... fully. You're responsible for any gas/transaction fees/following the correct instructions properly to ensure the system recognizes your payment.


6. Instructions First

If a product includes instructions, read them before reaching out, we spend alot of time on the Guide for a reason. Skipping this voids your right to complain or request help.


7. No Liability for Bans

While bans or suspensions are rare, we are not responsible if one occurs, it is a known possibility/assumed risk.


8. Reviews & Abuse Policy

Leaving a negative review after receiving what you paid for, or after getting a fair replacement, will result in an instant blacklist from all stores, platforms, and future services.
