If the Product has Instant Delivery then you'll get the Key/Product in the Invoice where there may be Instructions, Loader File, Loader File Password etc... & in your Email, To access the Invoice you can go to the Customer Panel, Input your Email that was used at Checkout then Login. The Invoice is sent to your Email's Inbox, if it does not show in your Inbox then it will be in the Spam Folder. If it is a Product/Service that doesn't have Instant Delivery then the Product/Service will be Delivered within the specified time frame in the description of the Product/Service that you bought, you will have to wait patiently until it is Delivered within the time frame, the Invoice will be Delivered Instantly when your Payment is detected by the system, it can contain Instructions, Loader File, Loader File Password etc... Make sure that you enter the correct Email, Login Info, Discord Username etc... at Checkout to prevent unnecessary delays.

All purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products and services. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service, which you agree to upon checkout. Any attempt to dispute, chargeback, or leave false negative reviews will result in an immediate ban from all platforms associated with MBPL Services, including our Discord server and all current or previous stores. In such cases, you will not receive the product/service, support, replacements, or any form of refund. Replacements may be offered under the following conditions: The issue falls within the warranty period (24 Hours for most Products). The problem is on our end and under our control. A verified 5-star review was left. Our provider or supplier offers a replacement for the product/service. No Replacement If: The issue is on your end (e.g. PC-related problems, ignoring instructions, refusing troubleshooting, etc.). You didn’t read the product description or instructions. The supplier does not offer a replacement or warranty. Any of the above requirements for replacement are not met. If even one condition is missing, the warranty is considered void.

No, we do not offer any free Products or Services, with the only exception being giveaways occasionally hosted in our Discord Server. All listed items involve real costs to source and provide. This is a business, not a Charity.

Some Products and Services are not 100% under my direct control and are delivered on demand. In these cases, a delivery window such as within 24 hours or within 48 hours is provided to account for: Minimum and average delivery times Occasional delays if my providers or suppliers are unavailable These items are only sourced after purchase to avoid keeping uncertain stock. Once demand becomes consistent, I may switch to instant delivery as I’ve done with popular products like CW Chair, MW19 Chair, COD AFK Bot & a few others. If you’ve ordered one of these on-demand items, just be patient, your Product or Service will be delivered within the listed time frame.

Our pricing is the result of a combination of methods we’ve developed to keep costs fair while maintaining quality and reliability. In some cases, additional processing or sourcing costs are involved. For other Products or Services, we work with trusted partners who fulfill orders once a purchase is made. We don’t overstock or pre-hold items unless demand justifies it, this helps us keep prices reasonable while ensuring you still receive legitimate, working Products & Services.
